Leaf Those Leaves Out of the Street

With the Fall season in full swing and neighborhood trees shedding the majority of their leaves already, it’s the time of year when residents and/or building management companies are raking their leaves as to not suffocate their precious lawns once the snow falls.  Even though it is all too common to witness a neighbor blowing their leaves into the street with their new high powered blower into the street, doing so could fetch you a hefty fine.
