Pull out your Radio Flyer, pack up your princesses and?pirates, and head down to the nearest play lot for a fantasy-filled journey to faraway places! Just announced: The 47th Ward Public Service Office, in conjunction with the Chicago Park District and Ald. Eugene Schulter, will be hosting a Storytelling Tour. Performances will take place at various play lots throughout the 47th Ward and are free for all area families. Each performance will also feature special craft activities.
June 30: Zatterberg (Helen) Play Lot, 4246 N. Hermitage
July 7: Vogle Play Lot, 2100 W. Lawrence
July 14: Filbert Play Lot, 1822 W. Larchmont
July 21: Merryman Play Lot, 3736 N. Marshfield
July 28: Jacob Play Lot, 4674 N. Virginia
All performances begin at 3:30 p.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.
