Paddle in the Moonlight at Clark Park Canoe Fundraiser

The Clark Park Advisory Council/Friends of the Parks is hosting a fundraiser on Sunday, Sept. 12, 5:30 – 9 p.m. Enjoy a quiet evening canoe trip down the North Branch of the Chicago River. Ryan Chew of Chicago River Canoe and Kayak will host a river tour, followed by a dinner catered by SemiRamis.

The event takes place at Richard Clark Park (3400 N. Rockwell St.) and is sponsored by Clark Park Advisory Council, Chicago River Canoe and Kayak, Chicago Park District, CAMbr West, Friends of the Parks, DeVry University, and Ald. Eugene Schulter (47th).

The cost is $50 per person, which covers all canoe equipment and the catered dinner, and is payable to Clark Park Advisory Council/Friends of the Parks, Attn: William Donahue, 2334 W. Melrose, Chicago, IL 60618.

    Whoops. Thanks, Spyro! (Updated.) 2509 W. Irving Park is the address for Revere Park, which is where the dinner will be held in case weather is unsafe for canoeing.
