More Scenes from Ribmania
There was a lot happening in and around Chicagoland this past weekend, so if you missed Ribmania, the first-ever competitive eating event at Ribfest Chicago, be sure to check out this action-packed video. Produced by Beth Bennett and her colleague at Sticks and Stones Media, it gets down to the real “meat” of the festival: eating lots of ribs, of course. The competitive eaters share their strategies (“You just gotta rip the meat off the bone and shove it down as fast as you can”) and then tear into the challenge, while the crowd cheers them on.
