Make It a Bourbon Night at The Harmony Grill

Mardi Gras isn’t the only Tuesday to take a break to enjoy some bourbon. The Harmony Grill, 3159 North Southport Ave., is hosting a Bourbon dinner in partnership with Eater Chicago on January 18.

The four-course dinner and tasting menu starts at 7:30 p.m. They will showcase a Brandad over Croquette paired with Basil Hayden, Morcilla paired with Knob Creek, Seared Scallop and Mole paired with Baker’s and Bourbon Chocolate Mousse paired with Booker’s.

What better way to complement these dishes than with two icons of the Whiskey World? Worldwide Whiskey Ambassador of the Year Bernie Lubbers, and Jim Beam’s great-grandson Fred Booker Noe III will be on hand to impart their knowledge to diners.
