Fork to Host Tyranena Beer Dinner Thursday

For those of you who haven’t made it to Fork (4600 N. Lincoln Ave.) since its change from Fiddlehead, head down on Thursday for a hefty pile of pork and beer.

Fork is offering a four-course prix fixe dinner paired with beers from Wisconsin’s Tyranena Brewery. For $49 you can try:

  • Salt n’ Vinegar Pork Rinds paired with Headless Man Amber Ale
  • Rocky’s Revenge Beer Fondue, House Bacon Lardons and Sourdough paired with Rocky’s Revenge Brown Ale
  • Beer Braised Pork Belly, White Cheddar Grits, Wilted Winter Greens, Cider Gastrique pared with Shaggin in the Wood, “Brewers Gone Wild”
  • A Bone-In Pork Chop, Beer-Braised Red Cabbage, Whole Grain Mustard Sauce paired with Bitter Woman, IPA
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding, Down ‘n Dirty Chocolate Stout Ice Cream paired with Down ‘n Dirty Chocolate Stout

Tyranena’s Beer Ambassador Conrad Tufte and Fork’s Executive Chef Josh Rabbie will be on hand to chat with diners about the brew, the brewery and the food.
