Baseball season is upon us. The first Cubs night game is on April 26, and baseball fans will soon flood into the area and claim parking spaces like some kind of Biblical plague. But if you?re a Chicago resident, have a city sticker, and a state license plate, then you can pick up a Cubs night game parking permit (which is also known as an LV2). The permits are free and only available to residents who meet all three criteria. You can pick up a permit at 47th Ward Ald. Eugene Schulter?s office at 4237 N. Lincoln Ave. during business hours.
