Ughhhhh – this kind of crap will NOT be tolerated in Roscoe Village aka “The Stroller Capital of Chicago” – either the local police chief better get off his butt or Scott W. – the Alderman better get this rectified or find another job. This is just one more incident that is now the breaking point after a summer of random thefts, car break-ins and random gang activity in the Area. RV is most likely one of the top 3 safest neighbirhoods in all of Chicago and we will keep it that way!!!!!!
